If you want to succeed in your weight loss process, following a low carb diet will help you to reach your goal. Find a few fast low carb recipes not just one to make the weight loss task much easier.

Rather than trying to come up with ideas every day, it will be much more handy and realistic that you will actually be able to stick to your diet and lose the weight.

The roasted cabbage and bacon is one of the fast low carb recipes which in particular that you definitely want to try out.

All you need is 2 lb. head of green cabbage, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 4 oz. good quality slab bacon diced into 1/4-inch cubes, coarse sea salt, and red wine vinegar or lemon wedges.

Preheat the oven to 350F(180C) about a half hour before you start making the recipe. Trim the stem of the cabbage and remove one layer of the outer leaves. Cut the cabbage into half and then cut each half into three even wedges.

Then coat a rimmed baking sheet with oil and place the cabbage wedges onto it, trying to keep them about an inch apart on the baking sheet. And sprinkle with half of the cubed bacon.

Roast the cabbage for about twenty minutes or until browned, then the cabbage turn over add the rest of the bacon and roast for another twenty minutes or so. Sprinkle with salt and serve with vinegar or lemon wedges.

Another perfect low carb recipe for you is blue cheese dressing. This is a real simple and quick recipe. 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled, 1 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tsp. minced garlic, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, and some salt and pepper to taste that will be all you need for it.

Fast and simple way to prepare this low carb recipe is to mix all the ingredients in a bowl or container, cover and refrigerate overnight, use as needed for up to one week, after which the remains should be thrown out.
